How Healthtech Marketing Solutions started

Healthtech Marketing Solutions is a specialist healthcare marketing agency, founded in Sydney in 2023 by Kate Leeson after 16 years in medical device and pharmaceutical sales, marketing, product management and commercial education. Kate saw that healthcare brands needed a marketing partner who truly understood the industry, their customers and patient needs, not just an agency reading a brief, so she built one. Today our team brings over 55 years of combined healthcare experience, with head offices in Sydney, Australia and Wyoming, USA, and project reach across the globe. We work exclusively in healthcare, so every strategy, campaign and piece of content is shaped by people who understand regulatory pressure, clinical audiences and what it takes to earn trust.

Kate has over 16 years of experience in the MedTech industry. She has worked with some of the largest global MedTech companies and innovative start-ups driving digital healthcare advancements. Her expertise spans sales, commercial education, product management, and marketing. Recognizing gaps between MedTech market needs and traditional agency capabilities, Kate founded Healthtech Marketing Solutions in 2023, starting in Sydney, Australia, and expanding to serve Asia, Europe, and North America. Her mission is to enhance MedTech brands to meet customer needs and deliver improved healthcare.
